The SYSTEMATIX Chlorine Injector Port Spool sections are fabricated of 7/8-inch thick (22mm) helically wound fiberglass impregnated with 411 Derakane resin, or equivalent. Completely impervious to the acid environment.
Standard 150 lb. ASA Van Stone of fabricated fiberglass flanges. DIN or other special Flange configurations available on request. Also available square cut for field wrap installations.
Centerline nipple molded into the body of the spool section. Standard 150 lb. ASA fabricated fiberglass flange.
The chlorine injector port spool section is designed to properly mate the SYSTEMATIX SCD-series chlorine gas-water disperser to the stock line for maximum dispersion and initial mixing of the chlorine gas-water mixture with the brown stock.
Dimension C available in 2, 3, 4, and 6-inch sizes standard. When ordering, specify size required.
If ordered in conjunction with SYSTEMATIX SCD-series disperser, SYSTEMATIX will determine the size of dimension C. |
